What brought you to Pain Management NYC?
I was referred here by another doctor because I was struggling with intense back pain that had been going on for several years. I have a very bad case of spinal stenosis and a touch of sciatica. It got to the point where it was so painful that I could hardly walk sometimes. I needed someone who could actually get to the root of the problem and help me get moving again.
Why have you continued to see Dr. Reyfman for nearly a decade?
I’ve been coming to see Dr. Leon Reyfman for about eight or nine years now. The reason I stay is simple: he found ways to handle my pain. Even though I live in Bushwick, I travel all the way over here because the care is worth the trip.
It’s not just the medical results, though; the environment matters. The receptionists, the doctors, and the entire staff are very nice and kind to you. The office is always clean, and everything is handled professionally. You feel welcome from the moment you walk in.
What was your experience with your recent treatment?
I was just in the office yesterday for injections in my back. I already feel good. My life is much easier now because I can walk better than I did before and I can actually get around. When you find a treatment that works that quickly, it changes your entire outlook.
What do you tell others who are living with similar pain?
I am always telling my family and friends how happy I am that I found this practice. I recommend it to everybody—just come and check it out for yourself. If you are in pain, I truly believe this is the best place for you to be.
