No one really likes going to a Doctor for any type of appointment. But I feel comfortable and put at ease the minute. I walk in. The girls are great always friendly always know my name, the doctors are amazing. And a special shout out to Jonathan.

From my very first visit to this office, I met Richard, and I was immediately impressed by how professional, knowledgeable, and caring he was. He took the time to listen to me and explain in detail what was going on with my injury and how we could approach the treatment. One of the best doctor offices I have been to. The doctor took great care of my dad and all the staff from the ladies in the front to the back were extremely considerate.

I appreciate that the staff is not only professional and orderly but kind to each patient there. I was anxious before my procedure but the nursees explained every step to me and reassured me. Dr Zats is wonderful and extremely good at what he does. My epidural went perfectly and took just several minutes.At every step he made sure I was ok. It happened very perfectly.
